現有接(jie)地(di)毛病(bing)(bing)選線(xian)維護(hu)主要選用(yong)中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點經小電阻(zu)接(jie)地(di)辦法(fa)下(xia)的(de)零序電流維護(hu)或中(zhong)性(xing)(xing)點非有用(yong)接(jie)地(di)辦法(fa)下(xia)的(de)小電流接(jie)地(di)選線(xian)維護(hu),在(zai)(zai)面臨高(gao)阻(zu)、間歇(xie)性(xing)(xing)等毛病(bing)(bing)時,仍存(cun)在(zai)(zai)選線(xian)準(zhun)確率(lv)(lv)差(cha),無法(fa)有用(yong)阻(zu)隔毛病(bing)(bing),存(cun)在(zai)(zai)巨大(da)隱患。當(dang)高(gao)阻(zu)接(jie)地(di)到達1000歐(ou)姆以上時,設備動(dong)作牢靠(kao)(kao)率(lv)(lv)80%;設備動(dong)作后選線(xian)準(zhun)確率(lv)(lv)90%。毛病(bing)(bing)檢測(ce)精度(du)差(cha)開關拒動(dong)誤動(dong)率(lv)(lv)高(gao),導致配電網(wang)牢靠(kao)(kao)性(xing)(xing)下(xia)降。
從配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)規劃(hua)規劃(hua)下手合理(li)的(de)(de)選擇中性點接(jie)地(di)(di)辦法,開展高低壓開關(guan)柜成套設備技能研(yan)究,開展小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)地(di)(di)體系單(dan)(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)選線(xian)辦法的(de)(de)研(yan)究,進一(yi)步提高單(dan)(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)選線(xian)的(de)(de)準(zhun)確率(lv)。選用小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)地(di)(di)體系的(de)(de)區域要(yao)裝備接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)段判別與阻隔設備。國家電(dian)(dian)網(wang)正(zheng)在(zai)修訂的(de)(de)《配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)技能導則》規則變(bian)電(dian)(dian)站(zhan)要(yao)安裝牢靠的(de)(de)選線(xian)設備,在(zai)10s內切除(chu)的(de)(de)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)。在(zai)小電(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)地(di)(di)配(pei)電(dian)(dian)網(wang)中,消弧(hu)線(xian)圈將接(jie)地(di)(di)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)降至只(zhi)有幾(ji)個安培,盡管有利于(yu)熄(xi)弧(hu),但(dan)也使毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)工頻(pin)零(ling)(ling)序電(dian)(dian)流(liu)往往小于(yu)非毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)電(dian)(dian)流(liu)并且二(er)者的(de)(de)相(xiang)位也根本相(xiang)同(tong),毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)工頻(pin)零(ling)(ling)序電(dian)(dian)流(liu)沒有了(le)差異(yi)與非毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)線(xian)路(lu)(lu)(lu)的(de)(de)特征,這關(guan)于(yu)單(dan)(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)地(di)(di)毛(mao)病(bing)(bing)檢測(ce)來說(shuo)正(zheng)確選線(xian)是困難的(de)(de)。
10KV電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)力體(ti)系(xi)大多是(shi)小電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)接(jie)(jie)地(di)體(ti)系(xi),當體(ti)系(xi)中產生單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)時(shi)(shi),不會(hui)產生很大的短路電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)流(liu)。毛(mao)(mao)病點(dian)(dian)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)弧(hu)(hu)經(jing)過消弧(hu)(hu)線圈補償(chang)感抗(kang)后能(neng)夠自(zi)行平息,熄弧(hu)(hu)后接(jie)(jie)地(di)址絕(jue)緣(yuan)可自(zi)行康復,能(neng)主動鏟除單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)病。如果間歇性弧(hu)(hu)光不能(neng)平息,長時(shi)(shi)間帶(dai)電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)運(yun)轉(zhuan)會(hui)造成(cheng)諧振過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,產生幾(ji)倍于正(zheng)常(chang)的過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓,過電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)壓將進一(yi)步使線路上的絕(jue)緣(yuan)層絕(jue)緣(yuan)子擊(ji)穿(chuan),造成(cheng)嚴峻的相(xiang)間短路事端。不管是(shi)哪種(zhong)情況都須要(yao)對(dui)毛(mao)(mao)病點(dian)(dian)定位,隨后趕(gan)快組織(zhi)維(wei)修毛(mao)(mao)病點(dian)(dian)。單(dan)相(xiang)接(jie)(jie)地(di)毛(mao)(mao)病產生后能(neng)維(wei)持運(yun)轉(zhuan)一(yi)定時(shi)(shi)間,因此大大提高了供電(dian)(dian)(dian)(dian)牢靠(kao)性。
